Our Delivery Standards & Instructions

At SabziPanda, we ensure that the fresh farm produce you order travels with the highest hygienic care and arrives crisply at your doorstep. To maintain a smooth and transparent experience for every household, please read our official delivery instructions and guidelines below.

1. Slots & Timings

We structure our deliveries into daily morning and evening windows so you can receive your kitchen items exactly when you need them:

  • Morning Delivery Window: 09:00 AM – 01:00 PM (Best for fresh lunch prep).
  • Evening Delivery Window: 04:00 PM – 08:00 PM (Perfect for dinner planning).
  • Same-Day Cut-Off: Orders placed before 11:00 AM qualify for same-day evening dispatch. Orders placed later are automatically moved to the next day's morning slot to guarantee absolute harvesting freshness.

2. At-The-Doorstep Inspection

Your eyes are our quality managers! Because we deal with organic and fresh items, we implement a mandatory inspection policy at the moment of transition:

  • Verify Before They Leave: Please take a minute to inspect your greens, fruits, and staples directly in front of our delivery rider.
  • On-The-Spot Bill Adjustments: If any single item does not meet your freshness expectations, return it right back to the rider. The value will be instantly deducted from your cash-on-delivery (COD) total on the spot.
  • Perishable Goods Window: Once our delivery rider leaves your premises, claim requests for exterior bruising cannot be fully verified due to the delicate temperature nature of fresh produce.

3. Unattended, Gates & Apartment Deliveries

If you reside in a gated community, high-rise flat, or are away from home during your designated delivery window, please follow these setups:

  • Guard / Reception Drops: If you want our rider to drop your package with your society's security gate or building reception, please mention it explicitly in your checkout notes.
  • Advanced Coordination: For pre-paid or digital wallet orders left at a security desk, our rider will leave a photo confirmation via WhatsApp text as proof of arrival. SabziPanda cannot be held responsible for ambient heat spoilage after the package has been safely signed off at the gate.

4. Service Areas & Delivery Charges

We strive to keep shipping costs nominal while providing the best infrastructure for temperature-controlled local transits:

  • Standard Flat Rate: Rs. 150 applies to standard zones across our delivery network map.
  • Free Delivery Benefit: Enjoy 100% Free Shipping on all orders containing a basket value over Rs. 2,500.
  • Address Errors: Double-check your pin drop and flat numbers before submitting. Inaccurate address details leading to a failed drop may attract a re-routing fee on the re-scheduled attempt.
