At SabziPanda, we are committed to delivering the freshest fruits, vegetables, and premium household essentials straight to your doorstep. Your satisfaction and health are our absolute priorities. Since we deal with perishable goods, our return policy is designed to be quick, fair, and hassle-free.
1. Fresh Produce (Fruits, Vegetables & Perishables)
Because fresh fruits, vegetables, and fresh meats/dairy are highly perishable, they cannot be returned after the delivery rider has left.
- At the Time of Delivery: We highly encourage you to check the quality and freshness of your produce directly upon arrival. If you find any item damaged, bruised, or unsatisfactory, please return it straight to the delivery rider immediately.
- Post-Delivery Queries: If you notice any internal quality issues after the rider has left, please report it to our customer care team via WhatsApp within 2 to 3 hours of delivery with a clear picture of the product. Valid claims will be compensated with a replacement or a wallet credit for your next order.
2. Packaged Goods & Essentials (Non-Perishables)
For packaged items, grocery staples, or unopened non-perishable goods, you have a 24-Hour Return Window from the time of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be completely unused, unopened, and in its original brand packaging with all tags intact.
- Items that have been opened, partially consumed, or damaged post-delivery will not be eligible for a return or exchange.
3. How to Request a Return or Replacement
If you need to report an issue with your order, getting in touch is incredibly simple:

- Provide Details: Share your Order ID, a brief note about the issue, and a photograph of the item in question.
- Resolution: Our support team will review your request and arrange a free replacement or store credit if the claim is approved.
4. Refunds & Store Credit
Our processing models are built for fast adjustments and absolute financial transparency:
- Store Credit (Fastest): Approved refunds are usually credited directly back into your SabziPanda wallet or issued as a coupon code for your next instant purchase.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Adjustments: If you return an item directly to the rider at the door, the price of that item will be deducted from your total bill on the spot.
5. Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order free of charge at any time before it leaves our fulfillment facility for dispatch. Once an order is processed, handpicked, and handed over to our delivery partner, cancellations may not be accepted.
